Job Summary

You will manage financial documentation and support accounting functions while providing administrative assistance to finance and management teams to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices, receipts, and financial documents accurately to maintain precise financial records
• Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
• Prepare financial reports and statements under senior finance staff guidance to support financial analysis
• Support accounts payable and receivable by processing payments and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate balances
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for finance and administrative personnel to optimize time management
• Handle general correspondence, emails, and communications professionally and promptly to facilitate effective information flow
• Enter data and manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to support timely financial reporting
• Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a professional work environment
