Finance and Business Operations Manager, Marketing

The marketing finance team supports the budgets, investments, and outcomes across all of Meta Marketing, spanning the Family of Apps, Reality Labs, MSL, and Business Marketing. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to identify trends and opportunities that are developing within Meta. The team is seeking a strategic, driven and analytical Finance professional to lead Business Marketing, International Marketing, Creative, Insights, and Analytics Marketing Finance Teams. This is a highly engaging business partnership role, working across many Marketing leaders, involving coordination across a number of groups within Meta. This is a people manager role within Finance directly working with Marketing leaders. This role will challenge you to both understand and contribute to many facets of a rapidly growing business, including investment planning, marketing-led revenue forecasting, analytics, and strategic decision support. You should have an ability to identify priorities and drive decisions forward with incomplete information and know how to balance getting the details right while still maintaining momentum on deliverables. This role carries broad responsibility across financial planning, and strategic decision-making within the finance organization.
