Volkswagen of South Miami is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support our Finance & Insurance (F&I) Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, and has excellent administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Managers with daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and process deal paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Verify contracts and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
• Scan, upload, and maintain electronic and physical deal files.
• Communicate with lenders, insurance providers, and internal departments as needed.
• Process title, registration, and funding documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the financing process.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and answering incoming calls.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Finance, accounting, or F&I experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
