- Prepare paperwork for all vehicle sales

- Ensure deals are funded accurately and efficiently

- Scan and upload documents into our dealership management system

- Organize and file deal jackets and financial paperwork

- Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines

- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to keep deals moving smoothly
