Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, analysis, and management information to support business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.
- Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and other finance-related projects as required.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline and above.
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, or reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in a team environment.
