Finance Associate (Investment/Central)

Responsibilities:

Compile investment reports and presentations on existing and prospective investments, tracking valuation and investment performance.
Coordinate with private and retail bankers for smooth investment execution and trade processing (primarily across Singapore and US markets).
Prepare quarterly & yearly Management Accounts and Financial Statements to comply with local statutory reporting requirements.
Liaise with external tax service providers for Singapore and US tax compliance.
Provide administrative and financial support regarding the family office's real estate portfolio in Singapore and Indonesia.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of working experience in the Finance, Banking, Investment, Corporate, or Audit (preferred) sectors.
Experience or familiarity dealing with US market stock trading and equity options trading is highly advantageous (but not a strict prerequisite).
Strong analytical/financial reporting skills combined with top-tier organisational and multitasking abilities.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word),Google Suite, and modern digital scheduling tools.
Absolute trustworthiness when handling confidential financial and personal data.
