Finance & Business Manager | International School | Dos Hermanas (Seville) Join a growing international education group We are looking for an experienced Finance & Business Manager to join our international school located in Dos Hermanas (Seville). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding international education group, working closely with the Principal and the Group Head Office to support the operational and financial success of the school. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in managing the school's finance, administration and business operations while helping to deliver an outstanding educational environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial management, reporting and budgeting for the school. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the Principal. Manage monthly reporting, cash flow, forecasting and financial controls. Oversee payroll, purchasing, invoicing and supplier management. Ensure compliance with local legislation, financial regulations and internal policies. Manage the administration team and support the efficient day-to-day running of the school. Work closely with Group Head Office departments including Finance, HR and Operations. Support business planning, school development projects and operational improvements. Build strong relationships with staff, parents, suppliers and external stakeholders. What we're looking for Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Business Manager or similar leadership position. Strong financial analysis, budgeting and reporting skills. Experience managing administrative teams and operational processes. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
