As our new Finance Business Partner, you will join a growing, international company that keeps wind turbines spinning and the green transition moving. You will be the go-to person for financial insights, sparring and support to our leadership team - and yes, they do listen to finance.
As our new Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in connecting Finance and Operations, turning financial insights into business value. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support management with financial analysis, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making while driving improvements in financial processes, reporting, and data quality.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will act as a trusted business partner, helping to strengthen performance and support strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
Performance Management and Business Partnering
Establish and improve performance management in CWS
Act as a trusted finance partner to operations and management
Provide insights and challenge business decisions based on data and financial understanding
Translate financial data into clear and actionable insights
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support management decisions
Develop models, KPIs, Dashboards, tools and insights that enable better decisions and forecasting to improve performance
Support pricing, profitability and business case evaluations
Ensure that analyses are based on reliable and high-quality data, enabling accurate and actionable insights
Financial Overview & Support
Ensure alignment between operations and financial performance
Development & Projects
Drive and participate in finance development initiatives (processes, tools, structure)
Drive improvements in data quality, data structures, and underlying processes to ensure reliable and consistent financial data
Establish and maintain processes and procedures that support high data quality and enable better insights and financial transparency
Contribute and support the implementation of Business Intelligence as part of Data Governance and data-driven so business- analysis and reporting.
Take lead on ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives

What you bring
You are curious, proactive and not afraid to ask “why" a couple of times in a row. You enjoy working with both details and the bigger picture, and you are comfortable challenging stakeholders in a friendly, fact-based way. You like structure, but you are also fine when things move fast and plans change.
A relevant degree within finance, economics, accounting, business or similar
Minimum 4-5 years experience with business and financial controlling or similar background
Strong analytical skills and understanding of accounting and financial controlling is a must
Flair for and interest in understanding of data, IT, and Business Intelligence and working with these areas improving systems, processes, and methods of reporting.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, PowerBI or similar systems is a plus.
Ideally, a dynamic profile with eagerness to make a difference by applying financing knowledge and skill to improve and develop operational activities
