Finance Business Partner at EVOPLAY (a game development studio) handling financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting (cash flow, P&L, KPIs). The role involves strategic planning of financial policy, driving faster month-end closes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
● Ability to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while to have both keen attention to detail and the bigger picture in mind;
● Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Google tables skills;
● Highly motivated, very responsible, dynamic and strong team player;
● Tasked with ensuring accuracy but also improving efficiency;
● Previous experience in IT will be a plus;
● B2 in English.
Key Responsibilities:
● Financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, analysis, budgeting;
● Management reporting — CF, PL, KPIs;
● Companies expect more strategic vision than they used to, and financial controller actively seeks these challenges;
● Development and strategic planning of the financial policy of the Group of companies;
● Achieve faster end-of-month closing;
● Additional responsibilities can include management of information technologies, insurance, sales tax reporting, federal income tax reporting, outside CPA audits and human resources.
● Controller is in essence responsible for the financial and regulatory compliance of the Company
