Are you a finance professional who enjoys going beyond reporting to influence business decisions through financial insights and analysis?

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, performance management, and strategic business initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, translate financial data into meaningful recommendations, and contribute to initiatives that enhance business performance and finance effectiveness.

You will play a key role in strengthening financial planning processes, supporting business decisions through financial modelling, and identifying opportunities to improve finance systems and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis activities.
• Develop financial projections, analyse performance trends, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual review of service pricing and fee structures, including financial analysis and preparation of supporting submissions and documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate new services, business proposals, and strategic initiatives through financial modelling and feasibility assessments.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of finance and costing systems, including the development and refinement of cost models for operational services.
• Review billing-related matters and cases to ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and appropriately validated.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance, costing, and billing system enhancements.
• Perform financial simulations, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling, and ad hoc analysis to support business strategies and policy-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and improve the efficiency and quality of finance operations.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions to support sound financial and business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, business partnering, costing, commercial finance, or a related finance function.
• Experience within the healthcare or public sector will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and translate analysis into practical business recommendations.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with financial systems, large datasets, financial models, and finance process improvement initiatives.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
