Finance COE Transformation Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Design the Finance Target Operating Model (FTOM), including target-state and interim-state.
- Coordinate with GPOs and P&C teams to incorporate people impacts identified through Global Template design and Change Impact Assessments.
- Partner with P&C teams to understand local consultation requirements and sensitivities related to confidential people matters.
- Oversee execution of the FTOM roadmap, working closely with Regional CFOs and Market Finance Directors.
- Coordinate Finance COE communities to define COE strategy, roles &responsibilities, governance principles, and global priorities.
- Drive standardization of finance policies and governance across Finance Control, Internal Control, Tax, and Treasury COEs.
- Act as the bridge between Japan Finance teams and global stakeholders to define reporting line structures and related finance agenda (SBF/SHD/SBU).
- Partner with P&C teams on organization design principles, people-related changes, and stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Coordinate and support the deployment of S/4HANA across Asia and Europe in collaboration with Finance COE communities.
- Ensure regional S/4HANA deployments comply with global finance standards and control requirements while maintaining process harmonization and enabling successful business adoption across Asia and Europe.
- Approved Finance Target Operating Model (FTOM), including target-state design, transition roadmap, and implementation phasing.
- Operational Finance COE governance established with clear roles and responsibilities, standardized policies, and active engagement across Finance Control, Internal Control, Tax, and Treasury.
- Successful S/4HANA deployment across Asia and Europe, ensuring compliance with global finance standards, control requirements, and business adoption.
- Recommend FTOM design ,organization structure, and transition roadmap.
- Approve Finance COE strategy, governance model, and roles & responsibilities across Global, Regional, and Market organizations.
- Approve regional exceptions and deployment readiness to ensure compliance with global finance standards.
Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of Finance experience
- Experience Managing international teams
- Experience with project planning, execution, and effective stakeholder management
- Ability to act as a change agent and engage with senior members of the Finance team to make change happen
- Strong team player with commitment to shared team outcomes
- Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict and ambiguity
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
