Finance Controller/Commercial Finance Manager
Role Objective
· Strengthen financial discipline
and management reporting.
· Improve cash flow visibility
and working capital management.
· Drive project profitability
tracking and variance analysis.
· Establish cost-control
mechanisms across projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Cash flow forecasting and
liquidity planning.
· Receivables, payables and
working capital monitoring.
· Project-wise budget vs. actual
analysis.
· Material, labour,
subcontracting and overhead variance analysis.
· Monthly MIS and management
dashboards.
· Cost-control initiatives and
identification of margin leakages.
· Coordination with projects,
procurement, production and commercial teams.
· Support audits, internal
controls and ERP reporting discipline.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
· Preferred: CA/ ICWA -
Intermediate
· Strong understanding of
costing, project accounting and manufacturing finance.
Experience Requirement
· 6–12 years of relevant
experience.
· 3–5+ years in engineering,
fabrication, boiler manufacturing, EPC or heavy engineering sectors.
· Hands-on exposure to project
accounting, budgeting, forecasting and working capital management.
Technical Skills
· Advanced Excel and financial
modeling.
· ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP,
Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime or equivalent.
· Project profitability analysis
and cost-sheet preparation.
· Strong MIS and management
reporting capabilities.

· Ability to work closely with
promoters/CEO.
· Strong analytical and
