Finance Controller

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee financial operations

- Ensure strong internal controls

Job description:

- Lead and manage overall financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Oversee cost control and profitability analysis across hospitality and F&B operations

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and compliance standards

- Supervise accounting team and coordinate with operations, procurement, and management teams

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and expansion plans

- Manage audit processes, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting

- Analyze financial data to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization

Report to: Finance Director / Owner

Direct reports: accounting, finance, and tax teams

General Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or controller role

- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, or F&B operations （highly preferred）

- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and internal controls

- Hands-on experience managing multi-outlet or multi-entity operations

- Professional accounting certification is a plus point (such as: CA (Chartered Accountant Indonesia – IAI))

Working conditions :

- Contract-based position （review after 1 year for permanent position）

- Office hours, Mon-Fri （full day）, Sat （half day）
