Finance Controller:

Finance Controller to join our leadership team in Noida, tasked with overseeing the entire financial health and operational integrity of the organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect of our financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management frameworks, working closely with the CFO, department heads, and external auditors to ensure absolute fiscal transparency. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing actionable financial insights that influence strategic decision-making, ensuring that our operations remain compliant, efficient, and scalable in a competitive market environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.

- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

- Manage cost control, profitability analysis, and financial performance reporting.

- Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

- Monitor working capital, inventory valuation, and fund utilization.

- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

- Support business planning, financial risk management, and strategic decision-making.

- Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Educational Qualification:

- CA / CMA preferred.

- MBA Finance / M.Com / Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Experience:

- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in financial reporting, cost control, and MIS management.

Required Skills:

- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
