Finance Controller – Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to lead financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial governance across business operations in the UAE and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial planning, budgeting, and financial performance.
  

• Lead SAP S/4HANA integration and digital transformation initiatives.
  

• Oversee manufacturing cost control, standard costing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
  

• Manage trade finance operations, treasury activities, and Dubai-based financial transactions.
  

• Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and audit across business operations.
  

• Support business operations in the UAE and Africa, driving growth and long-term value.
  

• Manage finance teams across multiple locations.

Requirements

• CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Controller / Financial Controller role.
  

• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  

• Exposure to UAE regulations, trade finance, and treasury operations.
  

• Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
  

• UAE and Africa operational experience preferred.
