Description
Role: Financial Controller (FC)
4–6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
CA / CMA (Preferred) or MBA (Finance) with relevant experience.
Strong experience in preparing Monthly Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Expertise in Trial Balance finalization and month-end/year-end closing.
Must strictly follow and drive the monthly financial closing process.
Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Accounting, including:
Raw Material (RM)
Packing Material (PM)
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Inventory & Costing
Experience in finance process improvement and automation.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
