As the Group progresses towards a proposed US listing and continues to expand its international operations, we are

We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded finance professional to work closely with the CFO in overseeing group financial reporting, consolidation, audit coordination, cost accounting, financial controls and management reporting.

We are open to candidates at different levels of seniority. The final designation and scope of responsibilities will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, technical capabilities and leadership potential.

• Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts and prior periods, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations to management.

• Lead or support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, incorporating sales volumes, production capacity, capital expenditure and funding requirements.

• Develop and maintain unit economics and margin analysis for different vehicle models, covering materials, labor, manufacturing overheads, logistics, warranty and after-sales costs.

• Support management and Board reporting, and provide financial analysis for pricing, make-or-buy decisions, capacity planning and other business initiatives.

• Oversee the accounting treatment and elimination of intercompany transactions, including parts and vehicle sales, unrealized profits in inventory, management fees and intercompany loans.

• Handle or coordinate foreign currency translation, functional currency assessments and related accounting matters, including ASC 830.

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with external auditors, financial advisers and internal stakeholders, coordinating audit schedules, supporting documentation and financial disclosure requirements.

• Support the Group's proposed US listing and ongoing SEC financial reporting obligations, including Form 20-F, Form 6-K and other applicable filings.

• Establish and improve financial closing procedures, with the aim of achieving a timely and accurate month-end close within approximately 7–10 working days.

3. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management

• Support the development and enhancement of standard costing methodologies for vehicle manufacturing, including bills of materials (BOMs), production routings, labor costs, machine rates and overhead absorption.

• Manage or oversee inventory costing and valuation for raw materials, work-in-progress, finished vehicles, batteries and spare parts.

• Assess inventory provisions for obsolescence, slow-moving items and impairment in accordance with applicable accounting standards and oversee stock takes and inventory reconciliations.

• Perform cost variance analysis covering purchase prices, material usage, labour efficiency and manufacturing overheads.

• Support costing for new vehicle models, product variants and engineering changes, including target costing and cost optimization initiatives.

• Assist with the accounting treatment of R&D expenditure, capitalization of plant and equipment, and warranty provisions, including ASC730 and other applicable accounting guidance.

• Work closely with procurement, production and operations teams to monitor production yields, scrap, rework and key component costs, and identify opportunities for cost improvement.

4. Finance Systems, Internal Controls & Team Management

• Work with the CFO to establish and enhance group financial policies, approval processes and internal control procedures.

• Support the implementation and optimization of ERP finance, costing and inventory modules, and improve automation across reporting, costing and consolidation processes.

• Assist in developing financial reporting internal controls (ICFR) and supporting applicable SOX compliance requirements in preparation for the Group's US listing and subsequent reporting obligations.

• Supervise, guide and develop finance personnel across Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring clear responsibilities, timely deliverables and consistent reporting standards.
