Finance Director / CFO — Crypto-Native Gaming Platform
We’re a crypto-native online gaming platform, looking for a Finance Director / CFO to own our financial operations end to end.
What you’ll own:
- Full financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and yearly, including revenue, balances across multiple currencies, and ongoing cost tracking
- Reconciliation across crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversion, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- Treasury oversight across crypto and fiat holdings
- Building out financial controls and reporting infrastructure as we scale
What we’re looking for:
- Real experience with crypto treasury operations — reading on-chain transactions, working with custody platforms like Fireblocks, and OTC/exchange conversion flows
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment, not a heavily bureaucratic one
- Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments is a strong plus, not a requirement
- Based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder; remote considered for the right candidate
