Finance Director - Porsche of Nashville
Summary
The Finance Director is responsible for leading the dealership’s Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations, ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This position works closely with the General Manager, Sales Management, and dealership teams to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dealership’s F&I department, including coaching, training, and performance development.
- Oversee financing, leasing, F&I products, lender relationships, and deal structuring to maximize profitability.
- Monitor F&I performance metrics, including PVR, product penetration, finance reserve, and overall department profitability.
- Ensure all F&I transactions, documentation, disclosures, and processes meet company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Sales Management to improve deal structure, gross profit, CSI/customer satisfaction, and overall dealership performance.
- Foster a customer-first culture while maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, compliance, and ethical selling practices.
- 5+ years of automotive F&I experience, preferably as an F&I Manager, Senior F&I Manager, or Finance Director
- Proven track record of strong F&I performance, including finance penetration, product sales, PVR, and gross-profit results.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, F&I products, and dealership compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience hiring, training, coaching, and motivating F&I and sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and financial-management skills, with the ability to understand and act on dealership performance metrics.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical sales practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
Compensation:
- $70,000 to $150,000
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday through Sunday availability
