Finance Director / Private Family Office

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and expenditure across the Family Office.
• Establish financial reporting and cost-control systems for property portfolios, construction projects, and operational facilities.
• CAPEX, operating expenses, and budget performance.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support investment and capital allocation decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across multiple entities.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisers, and other external financial partners.

Requirements

• 5 + years of relevant finance experience, including senior financial management responsibilities.
• Fluent in both Russian and English.
• Experience in a Family Office, real estate, investment, or a complex international business environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, modelling, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to manage a finance team and implement financial processes.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
• Big Four or investment banking experience
• High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders in a confidential environment.
