Finance Executive (4–6 Months Contract)

📍 Location: Tampines, Singapore
💰 Salary: $4,000/month
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to provide temporary finance support for a 4 to 6 months contract role. The successful candidate will support finance operations, budgeting activities, and SAP system updates while providing coverage during the period.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

• Assist with budget planning, forecasting activities, and preparation of budget-related reports.

• Input, update, and maintain budget figures in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC).

• Perform data verification and ensure accuracy of financial information within the system.

• Assist with budget monitoring and variance analysis when required.

• Provide support for month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in budget planning is mandatory.

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC) is required.

• Candidates without SAP SAC experience must demonstrate strong system adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
