Finance Executive - Govt Sector (West / Up to $3400)

Job Responsibilities
- Process employee claims and prepare Journal Vouchers (JV) for external payments.
- Handle employee enquiries on purchases and payment status.
- Advise employees on finance policies and procedures.
- Assist in audit checks and audit report preparation.
- Prepare monthly budget status reports.
- Manage employee services contracts, including contractor performance, payments, and contract renewals.
- Support budget planning and tracking for employee-related services.
- Ensure service quality standards and customer satisfaction targets are met.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or related discipline.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) will be an advantage.
- Able to independently analyse and interpret financial data.
