Finance Executive - Govt Sector (West / Up to $3400)

Job Responsibilities

  • Process employee claims and prepare Journal Vouchers (JV) for external payments.
  • Handle employee enquiries on purchases and payment status.
  • Advise employees on finance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in audit checks and audit report preparation.
  • Prepare monthly budget status reports.
  • Manage employee services contracts, including contractor performance, payments, and contract renewals.
  • Support budget planning and tracking for employee-related services.
  • Ensure service quality standards and customer satisfaction targets are met.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or related discipline.
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) will be an advantage.
  • Able to independently analyse and interpret financial data.
