- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for three Singapore entities, including one dormant company.
- Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on time.
- Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
- Ensure timely submission of ECI, ACRA and AGM filings.
- Manage the closure process for overseas dormant entities when required.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and proper supporting documents.
- Review and record corporate credit card expenses.
- Prepare payments through internet banking, cheque and cash.
- Handle bank administrative matters, including forms and related correspondence.
- Process and coordinate trade finance documentation, including DP submissions.
- Maintain proper filing and document control.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned
