1. Report to regional CFO and Oceanic MD
2. Coordinate finance and business operations, and support business development
3. Ensure compliance with corporate governance as well as local statutory laws and financial regulations Accountable for Australia and New Zealand accounting operations including the preparation of periodic financial reports, the maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk
4. Ensure that financial reports are accurate and comply with corporate guidelines and IFRS.
5. Responsible for local tax compliance and reporting
6. Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
7. Comply with local and corporate government reporting requirements
8. Manage the company’s collection & cash flow in line with headquarter requirements
9. Develop and implement strategies for generating revenue and achieving cost reductions
10. Lead or support ad hoc requests as assigned
