Finance & HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Directors, this hands-on role oversees Finance, HR, Payroll, Administration and Compliance.
Manage full-set accounts, AP/AR, financial reporting, cash flow, GST and tax matters.
Review and verify project/progress claims and supporting documents.
Coordinate audit, statutory filings and compliance matters.
Manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, policies and MOM compliance.
Oversee payroll for approximately 70 employees, including CPF, leave, claims and benefits.
Manage general office administration, vendors, insurance, licences and contracts.
Support Directors with reporting, process improvements and internal controls.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a hands-on Finance & HR role.
Strong knowledge of full-set accounts, financial reporting, GST, audit and cash flow management.
Experience in HR, payroll, CPF and Singapore employment regulations.
Experience in construction/project-based industries and project claims is advantageous.
Timesoft PRO experience will be an added advantage.
Available on short notice will be an advantage.
