The Finance Intern will support the Finance team in:
AP, AR, inventory, PO, and production-related tasks, including data entry, documentation, reconciliations, reporting support, and month-end closing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with AP and AR tasks, including invoice checking, payment documentation, and transaction updates.
Assist with finance’s monthly closing.
Perform data entry for inventory, PO, and production-related transactions in AutoCount.
Support inventory reconciliation between AutoCount, Production, and Warehouse records.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance and inventory records.
Support finance process compliance and internal controls.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
- Currently pursing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounts, Business or related field
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, responsible, positive attitude, willing to learn an able to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
- Basic knowledge of account will be an added advantage
