Internship Program

The position will be based in Bogota, Colombia.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As Credit Intern, you will:
- Support credit control and collection activities by monitoring overdue accounts, following up with customers, and collaborating with Key Account Management teams to improve cash flow performance and accounts receivable outcomes;
- Perform customer account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, resolve cash application issues, and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy;
- Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, credit assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights that support credit risk management and strategic business decision-making;
- Assist in the management of the Andean region portfolio by reviewing customer creditworthiness, monitoring payment behavior, and supporting actions that mitigate credit risk while fostering sustainable business growth;
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, global credit policies, and local procedures, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting Credit Committee review processes.
Bachelor Studies in progress: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel advanced); familiarity with PowerBI and SAP is desirable;
- English Advanced – Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
We believe you have
- Studies in progress in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected.
- Availability for internship: January 19 to June 14, 2027.
- Graduation is expected in July 2027 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
