Finance & Ledger Architect

Role Overview: You are the financial backbone of our builds. The Finance & Ledger Architect goes beyond traditional bookkeeping to manage project budgets strategically, vendor relations, and cash flow. You ensure that our ambitious projects are matched by air-tight financial planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts payable and receivable, ensuring subcontractors and vendors are paid accurately and on time.
  

• Track project-by-project budgets, comparing actual costs against estimates to identify financial leaks or savings.
  

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledgers.
  

• Ensure all financial operations comply with local tax laws, construction regulations, and audit requirements.
  

• Generate monthly financial dashboards for the leadership team to guide business decisions.
  

Requirements

The Ideal Blueprint (Qualifications):

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a massive plus).
  

• 3+ years of financial experience specifically within the construction, real estate development, or civil engineering sectors.
  

• High fluency in modern construction management and accounting software.
