Job Description

At Kia of Portland, we believe that buying a car should be the start of a great relationship, not just a transaction. We are looking for a Finance Manager who views numbers as a way to help people achieve their goals rather than just closing a deal. You will be joining a team that values transparency, kindness, and a welcoming atmosphere over high-pressure tactics. Our showroom in Portland is a place where we prioritize long-term customer loyalty and a supportive culture for our employees. In this role, you will become the bridge between our customers' dream vehicles and their financial peace of mind. We want someone who can make the finance office feel like a place of clarity and comfort. If you have a knack for building rapport, a sharp mind for logistics, and a genuinely helpful spirit, you will fit right into our family here.
