Finance Manager

Job summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal control functions of the organization.

The ideal candidate must be a seasoned finance professional with sound knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, financial planning, and business strategy.
He/she will work closely with senior management to ensure financial stability, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective financial decision-making and will report to the COO/CFO.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CPA, or equivalent is required.
● 6-10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and treasury management.
