Finance Manager/Accounting Manager

• Support the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, effective internal controls, timely reporting and compliance with statutory and group requirements.
• Act as the operational lead for the monthly closing process, accounting activities, audit support, financial schedules and day-to-day coordination of the Finance team.
• Review work prepared by Finance team members, resolve accounting and control issues, and escalate significant matters to the Financial Controller.
• Strengthen backup coverage and succession capability across accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, costing and finance operations.
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and retained in accordance with company requirements.
• Support the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements and statutory accounts.

Degree in Accounting or similar Accounting & Finance qualifications

CPA, ACCA or related qualification is an advantage

Experience in leading an accounting team, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of SAP S4 is an advantage
