Finance Manager

You will own full-cycle accounting and crypto reconciliations, build financial reporting processes, manage Singapore payroll and tax compliance, support regulatory reporting, coordinate audits, and maintain runway and burn-rate models.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Reconcile exchange, custody, and bank statements
• Select and implement systems for trading-data financial reporting
• Execute payroll, CPF contributions, and IR8A reporting
• Lead corporate tax filing and Digital Payment Token tax compliance
• Support MAS licensing and reporting requirements
• Deliver monthly management reporting packs
• Act as the primary contact for auditors
• Prepare crypto-asset valuation schedules and technical memos
• Maintain runway and burn-rate projections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA Singapore, CPA, or ACCA qualification
• 6+ years of accounting or finance experience
• 1–2 years of crypto-native experience
• Knowledge of DeFi primitives and wallet architecture
