Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cash flow and fund flow management, preparing and analyzing balance sheets, and ensuring timely ROC compliance and filing. You will also handle GST and TDS calculations, manage taxation matters, and support fund raising initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize cash flow and fund flow to ensure financial stability. - Prepare and analyze balance sheets and financial statements. - Ensure compliance with ROC regulations and timely filing of necessary documents. - Oversee GST and TDS calculations and ensure accurate tax filings. - Collaborate with other departments to support fund raising efforts and financial planning. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
