Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for coaching and overseeing work activities, with full management accountability for team performance and development (50%)
• Provides financial review and analytical support to a business unit, and suggests strategies for maximizing business opportunities. Leads, facilitates, executes, and analyzes complex financial planning and analysis projects (30%)
• Identifies issues and devises solutions to achieve objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for analysis and forecasting models (10%)
• Manages local statutory requirements and assists with annual financials and audits (10%)
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's or university degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA preferred
• Experience: Seven to ten years of related experience, management experience, in-depth knowledge of operating cost-related issues, and extensive experience in ERP systems. Experience with global manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail
