Finance Manager
About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned finance manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities to support strategic decision-making, ensure regulatory adherence, and optimize financial performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Manage regulatory compliance, liaising with government authorities and external auditors
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and investment decisions
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- 5–12 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management
- Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Prior experience working within Saudi Arabian or GCC markets
- Familiarity with IFRS and local tax regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
