You will ensure strict regulatory compliance and optimize our cash flow and profitability. Key Responsibilities include: - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Manage statutory, direct, and indirect tax filings (e.g., GST, TDS, corporate tax returns as applicable). Maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. - Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting and finance team (accountants, analysts). Partner with cross-functional department heads (Sales, Operations, HR) to track budget utilization and financial goals. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external advisors. Required Qualifications & Skills include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA, CA, CPA, or CFA is a strong plus). You should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, macros) and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks). A solid grasp of statutory compliance and tax regulations is essential.
