Title/Designation - FINANCE MANAGER

Minimum Desired
Educational Qualification - CMA, MBA, CPA, CFA, ACCA CIMA or CFA preferred; at least 10 years of applicable
business experience of which 5 must be in a financial leadership role.

Job Description - MAIN:  Participates in the development of the overall financial/accounts
strategy.  Participates in the formulation of the financial policies and
expenditures.  Provides financial advice on the overall corporate financial position.  Translates the annual budgets into monetary terms and submits them
for discussion and approval.  Prepare financial business plans and submits them for discussion and
approval.  Coordinates and supervises all financial and accounting operations e.g.
credit controls, capital expenditures, account receivable, payable,
budgeting, sales, purchasing, costing, general expenses, etc.  Follows-up the comparative budgeting reports and recommends
corrective action as may be necessary, based on actual results achieved.  Monitors the implementation of policies and procedures in an efficient
manner to ensure achieving cost effectiveness.  Explains to the concerned department and section heads to the financial
policies and clarify the procedures to be followed and monitor their
execution.
