Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis #HDC

Join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting financial planning, costing, budgeting and business initiatives within the healthcare sector. This is an opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys turning data into insights, improving financial processes and partnering with stakeholders to support sound business decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities, providing meaningful analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial projections and analyse average bill size and revenue trends.
• Coordinate the annual fee revision exercise, including preparing submissions and evaluating the outcomes of fee reviews.
• Support the rollout of new service packages and initiatives, including financial assessment where required.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of costing systems, including developing cost models for assigned operational areas.
• Review and validate billing-related requests, participate in system testing and bill verification activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance and billing system enhancements.
• Perform financial simulations and evaluations to assess the impact of new policies, services and business initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on financial matters and contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, costing, finance operations or related functions.
• Experience within the healthcare or public sector will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Confident in interpreting financial data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
• Comfortable working with financial systems, data analysis and process improvement.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
