Finance Manager/Assistant Manager
Position Overview
The FP&A & Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, management reporting, report preparation & assist in external audit coordination.
The role will work closely with senior management, business unit leaders, external auditors, and professional advisers to strengthen the Company’s financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and overall finance readiness
Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas of underperformance.
Assist CFO & Finance Manager in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
Improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across the Group.
Lead or support other ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by management or required by the Company
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent will be advantageous
At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting / financial planning and analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
Proficiency in applying generative AI at work will be advantageousExcellent analytical, communication & organization skills
Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and having a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
