Finance Manager

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager at Asun Star, will oversee all financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, strategic growth, and compliance with applicable regulations. This role blends analytical expertise with operational leadership to guide budgeting, reporting, and financial planning for our behavioral health programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support organizational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations, including Medicaid and DDD program requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, and optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with program and operational leaders to align financial resources with organizational priorities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and external stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
• Supervise finance team members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Lead audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation and regulatory reports.
