Finance Manager

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in leading the month-end close process, overseeing financial reporting, and performing detailed variance analysis to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards. Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Middle East Finance team, providing oversight, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality financial operations. Oversee monthly close activities, including review of reconciliations and detailed variance analysis, while partnering with the Tampa team to ensure timely and accurate consolidated reporting. Ensure full compliance with Middle East (UAE & KSA) statutory requirements, managing local audits and supporting direct and indirect tax filings; assist with corporate audit preparation and maintain robust financial documentation and controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function by implementing new procedures, strengthening internal processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Support monthly, weekly, and ad hoc forecasting processes, providing analytical insights across departments, including financial modeling and support for large bids and RFPs. Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves: Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant working experience in a related field required. 5-7 years relevant experience in a corporate accounting organization. 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role Experience in international accounting and complex matrix structures is an advantage.
