Finance Manager

This position is available for people currently living in El Salvador or willing to move.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement functions, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and Group standard
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, providing clear and actionable reports to senior management.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with local tax, regulatory, and Group requirements.
• Implement improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  Background and Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and internal control management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing finance/accounting teams
• Fluency in English language is a plus.
