Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Assam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, while also managing cash flow and maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations including GST and TDS. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for bank reconciliation and managing the financial software, Tally, to ensure accurate record-keeping. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. Required skills include expertise in financial analysis, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, balance sheet management, bank reconciliation, and taxation. Familiarity with Tally and relevant financial regulations is essential.
