Finance Manager - CA

Role Overview:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 - 7 years of experience to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS and IFRS.

- Managing group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting across multiple entities.

- Technical accounting, accounting policies, and financial statement disclosures.

- Managing statutory and internal audits.

- Supporting tax compliance and transfer pricing.

- Supporting financial due diligence and accounting integration for acquisitions.

- Improving financial reporting processes, controls and automation.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong hands-on experience in Ind AS, IFRS, financial statement preparation and consolidation.

- Experience with multi-entity and international financial reporting preferred.

- Big 4 or reputed CA firm experience is an advantage.
