We are looking for: Finance Manager

About the role:

As a Finance Manager at CBRE, you will be responsible for leading the financial management and strategy for Peru, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico, aligning local operations with the company's strategic goals at the Latam level.

This role integrates into the Accounting & Finance area, a key team responsible for planning, budget control, and strategic financial analysis.

What will you do?

• Preparation of accurate monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.

• Analysis of variances between actual results and budget in the monthly profit and loss statement.

• Accounting review to determine the necessary accruals and reclassifications for the correct presentation of financial information.

• Timely compliance with monthly reports required by clients and the corporation.

• Management of client billing and control of vendor payments.

• Control of the aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable balances, as well as the accounting registry of client collections.

• Support in monthly closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.

What do you need?

• Professional studies in accounting, business administration, or finance.

• 5+ years in financial leadership roles – Facilities Services.

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite | Excel.

• Advanced English level; communication skills are mandatory.
