Description

Digital Servicebook is a Danish automotive tech and SaaS company, founded in 2015. We make car service history digital, accessible and aggregated across car brands and connect independent workshops, car manufacturers' digital service registers and other players in the automotive industry.

Our platform is supported globally and is widely used in Europe. We have sales offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the UK and the Netherlands, are continuously working to expand our presence in more markets and collaborate with some of the biggest players in the industry.

We work purposefully with AI and new technologies that make everyday life easier and our processes more efficient. We are a small, dynamic organization in growth, and now our finance function must keep up.

About the position

You will be responsible for the entire day-to-day finance function – from vouchers and reconciliations to monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts. It is a hands-on role: you do the bookkeeping yourself, and you are also the one who gives the management and the board a true and timely picture of the finances.

You will work closely with the COO and management, and you will have a real influence on how we structure processes, systems and reporting as we grow.

Your primary tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping, voucher management and reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors and intermediate accounts

• Invoicing and customer follow-up across subscriptions, transaction-based services and payment flows (e.g. e-conomic and Stripe)

• Reconciliation between CRM, payment platform and accounting, so we know that all customers are invoiced correctly

• Month, quarterly and year-end closing as well as collaboration with the auditor

• VAT and duties, including VAT on sales abroad

• Coordination of payroll and payroll-related tasks, also for employees in other countries

• Controlling and monthly management and board reporting (profit, balance sheet and key figures)

• Preparation and follow-up on budget and ongoing forecast, including cash management

• Finances across companies and countries in the group

• Continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and systems

Your profile

• You have solid experience with independent bookkeeping and closing of accounts – preferably 5+ years

• You have experience with controlling, budgeting and forecasting and can translate numbers into clear recommendations

• Relevant education, accountant background or equivalent experience

• You are strong in Excel and have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• You are good at Danish and English in writing and speech

• It is an advantage if you have experience with SaaS/subscription finance, foreign companies or VAT across countries

• You are structured, accurate and self-driven – and you thrive on having both your hands in the bookkeeping and the overview of the whole

We offer

• A central role with great independence and direct influence in a growing company

• Short path to decisions and close cooperation with management

• An international industry in digital transformation

• Salary, according to qualifications,

• Working hours / flexibility
