Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer

Lead and manage the local Finance team which includes the Life/Health Client Accounting team Financial management including providing financial insights in driving and supporting business strategy, sustainable growth and cash flow and capital efficiency management Manage financial reporting and management reporting Provide reliable and accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and tax reporting Work with responsible person/s for investment management, including associated risk management and compliance Oversee capital adequacy, solvency monitoring and capital planning Liaison with Head Office Tax function and external tax agents and local tax authorities; and be familiar with tax developments in India and its implications to our business Establish and maintain effective communication with external authorities Provide effective and efficient management of office facilities and HR-related on-site/administrative support Participate in regional and international initiatives and projects
