Finance Manager

This role leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with 4 days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.
Your role & responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation in Finance and align with different parties
- Perform daily bank, account deposit and credit card related reconciliations
- Responsible for overall financial compliance and statutory obligations of the business
- Regulatory reporting
- Annual audit, completion of all required statements
- Monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting
- Assist in process improvements and automation within the Finance Team
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Your skills and experience
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification with a Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7 years experience in preferably in financial institutions
- Experience in banking industry an advantage
- Experience managing tasks of others
- Strong reporting background and attention to detail
- Strong command in written and spoken English
- Organised, can work independently and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
