Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting while managing day-to-day financial activities to enhance the organization’s financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation and produce accurate management reports to support decision-making
• Review and validate country financial submissions to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Perform intercompany reconciliation, elimination, and foreign exchange (FX) adjustments to maintain financial integrity
• Apply IFRS and technical accounting standards to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct management reporting and variance analysis to identify financial trends and issues
• Provide audit and consolidation support to facilitate smooth external and internal audits
• Maintain balance sheet and intercompany discipline to uphold accounting accuracy
• Standardize accounting and reporting practices across entities to improve consistency
• Identify and resolve recurring reporting issues across multiple entities to enhance data reliability
• Drive improvements in close speed and reporting quality from a Group perspective to optimize financial processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Approximately 4–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including roles at Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager level
• Hands-on consolidation experience involving multiple legal entities and currencies
• Experience reviewing balance sheets, intercompany balances, and consolidation adjustments
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Strong financial reporting and month-end closing experience
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large financial datasets
• Demonstrated ability to improve finance processes beyond routine operations
• Experience in a regional or multi-country finance environment
