Finance Manager (Global)
Job Description:
- Execute full spectrum of finance and accounting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and financial reporting to management
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (e.g. reviewing work performed by finance team, GL entries and intercompany invoicing)
- Lead the annual audit and tax preparation including liaison and co-ordination with external auditors and tax agents
- Ensure compliance with all finance statutory requirements (e.g. audit, income tax, GST, anti-money laundering and etc) and internal policies
- Establish and review internal control procedures and process improvement including leading new process / system implementation
- Prepare annual budgeting and bi-yearly forecasting and any ad hoc business review / analysis
- Business partner with the various stakeholders to meet financial targets
- Coach and develop Finance team
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or any professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in cross-border reporting
- Candidates with Big 4 audit background have an added advantage
- Candidates with experience in logistics industry have an added advantage
- Meticulous, independent and able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- You should possess good communication skills, with the ability to work in teams
- Travelling to SEA offices up to 30%
